Data Protection

When using the Application by the User, data may be collected and processed to allow access to the application's service ( hereinafter 'the Service') for purposes of administrative and commercial management.

What data is collected?

• User Account Data: refers to the data that the User provides when creating an account by completing the registration form.

• Data made public by the User: refers to all the information that the User voluntarily displays on the Application.

• Navigation data: refers to the data that the user collects during the User's navigation on the Application, such as the date, the time of the connection , geolocation, type of OS.

All of these data will collectively be referred to as Data

Why myCollaborate collects User Data?

The data collected in connection with the use of the Application are processed in order to meet the following purposes in particular:

• Access Management Service;

• Monitoring and administration of registered members of the Service;

• The operation of the Application;

• Statistical monitoring and attendance measurement of the Service.

Some data must be filled in, others are optional, and for the mandatory data, access to the service will not be possible.

Recipients of the Data Collected

The database created in connection with the use of the Service is strictly confidential and myCollaborate undertakes to take all the necessary precautions, organizational and technical measures to maintain the security, integrity and confidentiality of the Data and, in particular, prevent it from being distorted, damaged or unauthorized third parties having access to it.

• Data transferred to authorities and / or public bodies:

• Social Networks
If the User has an account on social networks and accesses the application without first registering for the Service, myCollaborate may receive information from said social networks to facilitate the creation of an account on the Application.

When the User uses the Service via a social network, the User allows myCollaborate to access certain information that he has provided to the social network site, such as such as his username, surname and first name, his profile picture By accessing the Service via a social network the User authorizes myCollaborate to collect, store and use all the information that the User has authorized the social network to provide myCollaborate.

Access to Personal Data by the User

Data Retention and Archiving Time

The User Data will not be retained beyond the time strictly necessary for the purposes pursued as stated herein and in accordance with the Law. The User is informed and agrees that the different Public Data may be published centrally when any User accesses his account.

myCollaborate can not guarantee the confidentiality or the deletion of Public Data in the public parts of the Service myCollaborate can not be held responsible for the 'spam' suffered by the Service User who decides voluntarily and spontaneously to publish his email address online.
